PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal sheet allowed to be used as a light control sheet having a high response speed, excellent design properties and excellent weatherability. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal sheet includes a liquid crystal layer containing liquid crystal, dichroic dye and antioxidant expressed by the shown general formula (1).
