PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simplify an operation compared with a general toothbrush, to polish all the tooth faces in a short time, to effectively clean a periodontal pocket and massage a gingiva, to prevent an ozostomia, a caries and a periodontal disease. SOLUTION: In this toothbrush with a polished tooth row therebetween, an angleθ' is given between a parallel face of a parting line and both filling faces, to allow filling even when each filing hole is inclined to the filing face, out of anglesθdesired to incline inwards filling bundles of filling base materials 1, 1' adjacent laterally, primary molding is carried out to provide the filing holes 5, 6 perpendicularly to the parting line, an angleθ" ofθ-θ' subtracted thereafter from the parting line, secondary molding is carried out using a molding die for filling a cavity in a slit between the both filling base materials and a neck part, and the central line and an outer line are thereafter filled to get respectively short and long.
