PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device having a high durability and a long lifetime. SOLUTION: The organic EL device is provided with an organic EL panel having an organic El element and a selective reflection film. The selective reflection film is arranged on a visual recognition side than the organic EL element and transmits 70% or more of visible light with wavelength 400-700 nm, and reflects 50% or more of near infrared rays with wavelength 800-1,000 nm from the outside.
