PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misoperation of an electronic apparatus related to a switch and improve the security, while suppressing large-sizing and high cost of the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A network concentrator 20 is provided with a switch 70, which is a reset switch 70 and a security slot 72 for installing an antitheft device 100 (the so-called "Kensington lock"). The switch is installed, at a position opposing the security slot 72 and does not interfere with a lock key 110 of the antitheft device 100 inside a case 25 of the network concentrating device 20, so that it can be operated via the security slot 72 from the outside of the case 25.
