摘要	The present invention provides a standardized method for the detection of narcotic abuse. Narcotics are formulated with a test compound that is not completely metabolized by the body. Narcotic diversion is detected by urinalysis of the suspected abuser, wherein the test compound may be detected even if the diverted narcotic is completely metabolized by the body, or otherwise undetectable in the urine.
