An universal oil meter apparatus having digital display comprises an oil tank body, two weight sensing elements, a load-carrying machine for force transmission, a digital volume display unit, relevant circuits and SCM, wherein one weight sensing element is set on the load-carrying machine for force transmission, and the oil tank body is set on the weight sensing element, and the other weight sensing element is set on the bottom of the oil tank body.
