The invention relates to a refrigerator (1) for storing vials (10) containing a (bio) pharmaceutical substance, in particular vaccines for animals, comprising a cabinet (2) having an internal space (9) for accommodating the vials (10) arranged in columns, a cooling element for cooling the internal space (9) and at least one door (8) or dispenser for removing vials (10) from the internal space (9). A plurality of guides (12, 15) located inside the space (9) and adapted to slidingly accommodate columns of the vials (10).
