<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection state management system, an inspection state management device, an inspection state management method, and an inspection state management program for attaining efficient and accurate inspection of a target device. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection state management device manages inspection state of a facility to be inspected by a security inspection device which is carried by a worker for patrolling the facility to inspect the security device according to instruction from a monitoring server. The inspection state management device includes: an encryption communication means which collates keys transmitted from the security inspection device and the monitoring server and transmits secret information by encryption; a security inspection device monitoring means which monitors position information and content of operation of the security inspection device carried by a security guard to be watched within the facility; an inspection execution determination means which determines execution of security inspection in the security inspection device; and a continuous processing execution determination means which determines, in collating the key information, whether to continue the execution of security inspection from identification information obtained from the security inspection device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
