<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving moisture barrier characteristics and weatherability while securing the adhesion of a fluororesin layer in a backside protective sheet (back sheet) for a solar cell module wherein the fluororesin layer containing a pigment is laminated on a base material sheet in the backside protective sheet. <P>SOLUTION: When a coating solution containing a fluororesin, pigment, and solvent is prepared, the coating solution is coated on a base material sheet, and then the coating film is dried, a drying process is divided into an early drying stage and a latter drying stage after the early stage, wherein the early stage is a period until the amount of the solvent in the whole coating film is decreased to 70% of the amount of the solvent of the coating film before drying. A drying temperature in the early drying stage is set to be lower than the boiling point of the solvent by 10°C or more, and the drying is performed by blowing hot air at least on a surface side of the coating film. Consequently, a fluororesin layer is obtained wherein a density of the pigment in the thickness direction of the fluororesin layer after the drying is higher on a side of a face opposite to the base material sheet than on a side of the base material sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
