<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a monitoring control system even in emergency while applying conventional operator authentication when a disaster or emergency situations occurs in a monitoring control system in which the authentication of an operator is performed, and the operation authority and operable facility of each operator are set in a plant such as a purification plant, a power plant, and a factory. <P>SOLUTION: In a monitoring control system for authenticating an operator, authority related with an operation in emergency and the information of displayable facilities are defined as emergency operation authorities in advance, and operation authority set for the operator is changed to the emergency operation authority in response to a request for authority change in an emergency operation from an operator. When the emergency operation authority is applied, the combination of signals from various pieces of equipment of the monitoring control system or a plant or conditions such as dates is designated so that a request for the change of the operation authority to the emergency operation authority is made possible in a specific case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
