PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distortion compensation circuit in which gain characteristics are monotonously changed even in a high frequency band without performing monolithic operation that increases costs. SOLUTION: A distortion compensation circuit includes: a distributor 1 for distributing a high frequency signal hfs into two signals and outputting two distributed signals ds1, ds2 of which the phases are different by 180°; signal paths 5, 8 for transmitting the distributed signals ds1, ds2 output from the distributor 1; and a combiner 11 for aligning the phases of the distributed signals ds1. ds2 transmitted by the signal paths 5, 8 and combining the distributed signals ds1, ds2. Between the signal paths 5, 8, a diode 18 is inserted to which a DC current supplied from a DC power source 15 is applied forward via a bias application resistor 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
