PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay which hardly generates malfunction caused by shocks. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay 10 includes an iron core 12 where an iron core body 23 and an iron core yoke 24 are connected at an approximately L-shape, a bobbin 14 covering the iron core body and wound with a conductive coil 15, an armature 17 connected with the iron core yoke and approached to and separated from the iron core body by a hinge spring 16, and a contact mechanism 19 connected with the armature via a connection member 18. The electromagnetic relay 10 has a first member 41 wherein a spring member 21 of a magnetic body arranged between an iron core and the connection member is fixed on the iron core, and a second member 42 coming in contact with the connection member by connecting with the first member.
