PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine including a special mode of suggesting the possibility of being probability variable state, favorably sustaining eagerness for continuing a game even after the end of the special mode. SOLUTION: In this game machine, a normal presentation mode of controlling a variable display device with presentation contents suggesting a normal state and the special mode of controlling the variable display device with presentation contents different from those in the normal presentation mode suggesting the probability variable state are performed. When a hit (a jackpot 2R or small hit) is decided by hit determination, the special mode is started. In the case of winning a fall lottery on whether the special mode is ended or not in the process of the special mode, the special mode is ended. In the case of winning the re-start lottery (S23 or S28) on whether the special mode is restarted or not until reaching a first upper limit value or a second upper limit value after the establishment of the end condition, the special mode is again started (restarted).
