PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed product suitable for a matting agent for a powder coating. SOLUTION: The product is an ester-amide condensed product which is produced by reacting a hydroxy alkylamide carrying ester-amide and an another compound so as to react or convert an endβ-hydroxyalkylamide group of over 50% with or into a polymer containing at least oneβ-hydroxyalkylamide group, not limited, but epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester-acryl, polyester-primide (polyamide or polyimide), polyurethane and a polymer suitable to manufacture acrylic powder coating, and an end carboxylic acid group with reactivity to a crosslinked body or a terminal and contains an inorganic solid, for example, silica and alumina and/or a combination with a matting activator.
