Provided are a work feeder for a roller end face working machine capable of feeding rollers to the working machine in a stable position, a roller end face working machine with a high and constant working precision as well as rollers for a roller bearing having end faces worked by such a roller end face working machine. The working machine includes a carrier ring (23) having a plurality of recesses (22) arranged at a predetermined distance on its inner surface (21), an adjustable wheel (24) arranged inside the carrier ring (23) so that a plurality of hollow spaces (65) are formed between the outer periphery (24a) of the adjustable wheel and the plurality of recesses (22) for admitting works, a carrier support disposed radially outward of the plurality of hollow spaces for supporting the carrier and a rotary drive means (26) disposed radially outward of the plurality of hollow spaces (22). Each of the plurality of hollow spaces (22) is provided with a resilient means (35) urging the outer surface (Wa) of the work (W) so as to maintain the work in a stable position.
