<p>Disclosed is a tank and a fabrication method thereof which propose to optimize the laminating condition of hoop layers and helical layers, and improve the efficiency of realizing strength with wound fibers. In order to realize this, the tank has a liner (20), an axially oriented fiber layer (72) formed by fibers (70) being wrapped around the outer circumference of the liner (20) at a wrapping angle in a range greater than 0º and less than 30º relative to the tank axis (12) at the center of the tank (1), and an FRP layer (21), made from a circumferential fiber layer (71), which is formed by fibers (70) being wrapped around the outer circumference of the liner (20) at a wrapping angle in a range greater than 30º and less than 90º relative to the tank axis (12). The folded fiber ends (70e) in the tank axial direction of the circumferential fiber layer (71) describe a path that narrows from the inside toward the outside in the lamination direction of the fiber layers. The folded fiber ends (70e) formed near the outside in the lamination direction of the fiber layer are as a rule positioned closer to the center of the tank (1) than the folded fiber ends (70e) in the tank axial direction of the circumferential fiber layer (71) which are formed near the inside in the lamination direction.</p> |
