An information processing device is provided with a function to prevent access to internal information using an unauthorized debugger. In the information processing device (100), a debugger interface (111) makes communication between a debugger (150) and a CPU (101) valid, only when a position of the device itself specified by a GPS signal receiving device (130) is identical with a position indicated by reference position information stored in a reference position information holding circuit (106). Accordingly, even if the device is connected to a debugger by a third person at a position other the position indicated by the reference position information, the third person cannot access to the internal information using the debugger.
