PURPOSE: An optical coherence tomography device for a dental diagnostic system is provided to diagnose a cavity on an adjacent surface of teeth by detecting the intensity of light by combining reference light with sample light. CONSTITUTION: A light source(10) outputs light. A splitter(20) outputs first and second spilt light by splitting light from an optical source into two parts. A probe unit(60) irradiates the first split light to teeth, receives light reflected and scattered from the surface or inside of an object and guides the light. A combining unit receives the sample light which reaches through guidance and receives the second split light as the reference light. The combining unit combines the reference light with the sample light. An optical detector(40) detects the intensity of light outputted from the combining unit.
