<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can form a dense film in a stage after film formation, which has been conventionally considered to be impossible. <P>SOLUTION: The density of the thermal-sprayed film has been improved by employing a mixture powder containing a negatively expanding material powder and a positively expanding material powder in a mixed form, as a raw powder for thermal spraying.
