<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production of an electronic circuit having an electronic circuit component mounted on both of front and rear sides of a printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic circuit production system is used which includes: at least one set of an electronic circuit component mounting unit equipped with wiring board conveyers 202, 204 the transfer directions of which are reversed mutually; and a front and rear converting device 220 which converts the front and rear of the printed circuit board at the down stream side of the wiring board conveyer 204. The printed circuit board is transferred by the wiring board conveyer 202 while the electronic circuit component is mounted on the first surface of the printed circuit board to return the printed circuit board to the upstream side of the circuit board conveyer 202 by the wiring board conveyer 204, and its front and rear sides are converted by the front and rear converting device 220. Then, the printed circuit board is transferred again to the wiring board conveyer 202 to mount the electronic circuit component on the second surface which is the opposite side of the first surface.
