<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a catheter capable of suitably inserting an operation wire to the sub lumen of recent years, whose diameter is made extremely small. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the catheter 10 including a main lumen 20, the sub lumen 30 of a diameter smaller than the main lumen 20 and the operation wire 40 slidably inserted to the sub lumen 30 and comprising a resin material, the sub lumen 30 is formed by pulling out a second core wire 24 whose diameter is reduced from a sheath 16 in which a first core wire and the second core wire 24 are embedded in the state of being separated from each other, and the operation wire 40 connected to the end part 26 of the second core wire 24 is inserted to the sub lumen 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
