PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of frequently cleaning dust adhered to a cleaning brush by rotating the cleaning brush a plurality of times in one filter cleaning process. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a filter drive means moving a filter 3 in a prescribed direction, the cleaning brush 43 removing the dust adhered to the filter 3, and a refresh brush 44 removing the dust adhered to the cleaning brush 43. A filter rotating means for rotating the cleaning brush 43 removing the dust adhered to the filter 3 at least twice or more up to the dead end from the starting end of the filter 3 in a one way moving direction is arranged in part of the filter 3.
