PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag lock which does not have a tendency to cause a trouble in unlocking and locking and is brought into a locked state automatically. SOLUTION: An urging member 33 for rotating a hooking member 9, a restraining plate 14 which comes into contact with the urging member 33 at a predetermined position and restrains the operation thereof, and a plate spring 24 brought into contact with the restraining plate 14 from the rear side are provided to inside a lock body 1. The state of non-operation of the urging member 33 is held by pressing the restraining plate 14 with the plate spring 24. The restraining plate 14 is provided with a projection piece 14a projecting forward of the lock body 1. When the hooking member 9s is inserted into the through-hole 3 of a hooking plate 2 and the projection piece 14a is pushed by the hooking plate, the restraining plate 14 is moved against the plate spring 24, and the restrained state of the urging member 33 is released, thereby the hooking member 9 is automatically rotated a predetermined angle in the locked state.
