PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately cancel pulse noise in the situation where noise environments of a noise eliminating device and a radio receiver or the like mounted in a vehicle are different. SOLUTION: A noise eliminating device includes: an FM demodulator for outputting an FM demodulated signal and amplitude information from an FM signal on which frequency modulation has been performed; a noise eliminating section for correcting the FM demodulated signal and outputting the FM demodulated signal from which pulse noise has been eliminated; and a parameter adjuster for determining a parameter of the eliminating section from the amplitude information and the FM demodulated signal from which the pulse noise has been eliminated.
