PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a radio coverage area of a radio network. SOLUTION: In a radio wave intensity adjusting system, an adjusting access point selected out of a plurality of access points has a radio wave output adjusting means of selecting an adjusted access point out of other access points that the access point can receive radio waves from and adjusting radio wave intensity for each of the adjusted access points, each of the adjusted access points has a radio wave output adjusted means of adjusting its radio wave output intensity on receiving an instruction from the adjusting access point, and the radio wave output adjusting means of the adjusting access point indicates one access point selected from the adjusted access points as a next adjusting access point after the radio wave output intensity is adjusted for all the adjusted access points, and repeats this to make all the access points function as an adjusting point.
