PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation terminal of a remote monitoring and control system that can make a distribution board compact and decrease the man-hours for construction. SOLUTION: The operation terminal of the remote monitoring and control system includes a display panel for displaying operation buttons on a screen, an operation input unit for receiving operation input of an operation button, a communication circuit 11 for transmitting a transmission signal including monitor data in response to the operation input, a power supply circuit 10A for generating internal electric power from the transmission signal input through a signal line Ls, a power supply circuit 10B for generating internal electric power from electric power supplied through an externally provided remote transformer 140, and a change-over switch 8 for changing over the power supply to one of the power supply circuits 10A and 10B according to an operation.
