PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a response speed or the like of amplifier circuits suitable for amplification of output signals of photodiodes. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit 1 includes a differential amplifier circuit 20, a plurality of source follower circuits 30, a plurality of phase compensation blocks 300, and a plurality of feedback circuits 40. The differential amplifier circuit 20 includes N-channel MOS transistors 23, 24 to which an input signal and a reference signal are inputted, and switches 18-1-3, 18-2-3 select connection points (P1, P2) from which a differential output current should be taken out. Switches 18-1-1, 18-1-2 are selected by the plurality of feedback circuits 40. Switches 18-1-1, 18-2-1, 18-1-2, and 18-2-2, are mutually linked for operation. When the switch 18-1-1 is on, a feedback circuit 40-1, a connection point P1, a phase compensation block 300-1, and a source follower circuit 30-1 are selected in a lump. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
