PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device, suppressing occurrence of play (chatter) between components to allow highly accurate positioning. SOLUTION: The power transmission device includes: a lead screw part 61c rotary driven along with drive of a driving member 61a; and a power transmission means 64 moved along an axial direction X of the lead screw part 61c by rotation of the lead screw part 61c to transmit power to a hanging part (power transmission object part) 42e. The power transmission means 64 includes: a body part 66 having a first receiving part 77 receiving a desired part of an outer peripheral part of the lead screw part 61c; a receiving member 67 having a second receiving part 67b receiving the other portion of the outer peripheral part; and an elastic connecting member 68 connecting and fixing the body part 66 with the receiving member 67 so that the lead screw part 61c is sandwiched between the first receiving part 77 and the second receiving part 67b.
