PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanically/electrically-integrated electronic control unit embedded in a mechanical component, having a high degree of freedom in wiring, reduced in size, high in radiation performance, and high in reliability. SOLUTION: In the mechanically and electrically-integrated electronic control unit of an electronic control unit in which a substrate mounted with a surface-mount electronic component is sealed with resin by transfer molding, conductive posts 8 two-dimensionally arranged on a substrate surface on which a plurality of electronic components are mounted are provided, the whole substrate and a part of each conductive post is coated a sealing material 1, a face of a metallic post exposed from the sealing material is electrically connected with a wire having flexibility and coated with the insulating material, and an electrical connection part is mechanically pressed against a metallic casing by a metallic fixing part exposed from the sealing material through the insulating material with elasticity.
