PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a damper in a non-disassembly state from the inside of a fork body. SOLUTION: In both-side rod type damper stored in a front fork, a cylinder body 3 includes a reinforcing means 31 which is screwed into a bottom member 21 for closing a lower end opening in a wheel-side tube 2, and composed of a strength member and integrally connected to the upper end of the cylinder body 3 so as to cover from the periphery of its head end to the upper end. The reinforcing member 31 connects a tool to a locking portion 31a from the outside in the axial direction of the cylinder body 3 being the outside of the head end in the cylinder body 3.
