PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction in cost and size of a torque fluctuation absorber in which hysteresis torque fluctuates corresponding to a twist angle. SOLUTION: The torque fluctuation absorber includes: a first plate member 18; a second plate member 22b arranged at the predetermined interval to the first plate member 18 in an axial direction; slide members 26, 27, 28, 29 arranged between the first plate member 18 and second plate member 22b and brought into contact with each other to slide between adjacent ones; and an elastic member 30 pressing a plurality of the slide members 26, 27, 28, 29 toward the second plate member 22b. The slide members 26, 27, 28, 29 generate the first hysteresis torque when the twist angle between the first plate member 18 and the second plate member 22b is within the predetermined range, and generate the second hysteresis torque that is larger than the first hysteresis torque when the twist angle exceeds the predetermined range.
