PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge sleeper rail fastening device capable of regulating easily a height level and a line on a bridge, referring to an actual situation of a positional relation between a bridge beam and bridge sleeper of an existing railroad line. SOLUTION: The bridge sleeper rail fastening device is arranged with rails in an upper side of bridge sleepers, and fastens both sides of each rail via plate spring, and the bridge sleeper rail fastening device includes a stud bolt 21 implanted in the bridge sleeper A, a washer 27 with a groove having the first stud bolt hole penetrated with the stud bolt 21, and formed with the groove on a reverse face, the second stud bolt hole laid on the bridge sleeper A, and penetrated with the stud bolt 21, and a tie plate 29 formed with a bearing surface with a groove in the periphery of the second stud bolt hole, the tie plate 29 having the bearing face with the groove is made to correspond to the washer 27 with the groove, to be moved, when regulating the line of the rail, in response to a regulation amount thereof, and a nut 22 is screwed in the stud bolt 21 via a spring washer 23, to fasten the washer 27 with the groove.
