PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic reading management device for automatically retrieving a specified image among the images stored in the past concerning a remote diagnostic reading system for requesting diagnostic reading to an external part, and also to provide a remote diagnostic reading management method, a program, and a remote diagnostic reading management system. SOLUTION: When a hospital 2 requests the remote diagnostic reading of a certain medical image data, the management device 5 automatically attaches the past image data of a patient who is the same patient of the medical image data, and transmits the past image data in addition to the image data requesting the diagnostic reading and diagnostic reading request information.
