PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas storage tank with a pressurization function including a pressurization liquid storage part for storing liquefied gas used for transferring liquefied gas inside a lorry to the liquefied gas storage tank inside the liquefied gas storage tank so that initial costs can be reduced without being restricted in the installation place of a pressurization facility. SOLUTION: The liquefied gas storage tank with the pressurization function is for receiving liquefied gas 7 from the lorry 6 to the liquefied gas storage tank 1. The pressurization liquid storage part 4 for storing liquefied gas used for transferring the liquefied gas 7 inside the lorry 6 to the liquefied gas storage tank 1 by pressurization is provided at a lower part inside the liquefied gas storage tank. Liquefied gas in the pressurization liquid storage part 4 is filled from the liquefied gas in the liquefied gas storage tank, and the liquefied gas in the pressurization liquid storage part 4 is pressurized by a pressurizing evaporator 5 provided on the outside of the liquefied gas storage tank 1 and introduced as pressurization gas to the lorry 6.
