摘要 <p>Provided is an ultrasound flaw detection device for pipe ends which can detect flaws using ultrasound with excellent precision by means of a contact medium stably mediating a pipe end and an ultrasound probe. The ultrasound flaw detection device (100) is provided with ultrasound probes (1), which are disposed underneath and facing the end of a pipe (P), and which transmit and receive ultrasound waves in the direction of the pipe end; and a probe holder (2), which is disposed underneath and facing the pipe end, and which houses the ultrasound probes as well as tracks the pipe which rotates circumferentially. The probe holder is provided with a contact medium reservoir which surrounds the gap between the ultrasound probes and the pipe end, and is for retaining the contact medium (W) inside. The contact medium reservoir is provided with a contact medium reservoir body (21), wherein the contact medium is provided; an annular bellows (22), which can be extended and retracted in the vertical direction, and is attached to the upper side of the contact medium reservoir body in a manner that communicates with the contact medium reservoir body; and an annular spacer (23), which is attached to the upper side of the bellows, and wherein at least the top surface is a flat horizontal surface.</p>
