PURPOSE: An artificial breast manufacturing method is provided, which maximizes resistance against the fatigue fracture and obtains excellent tactility due to the thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: An artificial breast manufacturing method comprises: a step(S100) of dipping a mold of the breast shape in silicon solution in order to obtain artificial breast shell; a step(S200) of drying and solidifying the artificial breast shell attached to the mold through a dryer in order to obtain silicon artificial breast shell; a step(S300) of spraying organic chemistry solution to the artificial breast shell; a step(S400) of detaches the artificial breast shell from the mold; a step(S500) of attaching a silicon film to a hole.
