<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for solar cell modules having improved vapor barrier properties and moisture-resistance and heat-resistance properties. <P>SOLUTION: The protective sheets 10, 20 for solar cell modules include a resin sheet 24 where ions are implanted at least to one surface, and a fluorine-containing resin coat layer 22 laminated on one surface to which ions are implanted in the resin sheet 24 (1).
