<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel plan creation device, a travel plan creation system and a program, for automatically setting a facility search area under the consideration of a time zone when an event is executed and a moving time zone, in setting a facility for the event. <P>SOLUTION: A travel plan creation device 100 includes: a moving time zone setting part 136 for setting a moving time zone; a facility setting part 160 for setting a facility for an undecided event that has not been associated with a facility. The facility setting part is provided with: an area specification part 162 for specifying an area where no event is decided based on a relation between a reference time zone as a reference for setting the undecided event and the moving time zone; a retrieval part 163 for retrieving the candidate of the facility on the basis of the area where no event is decided specified by the area specification part; and a facility specification part 164 for specifying the facility to be associated with the undecided event from among the candidate facilities retrieved by the retrieval part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
