PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for appropriately determining whether an elastic image is displayed or not, and to provide a control program of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 for generating the elastic image by each frame, based on a physical amount concerning the elasticity of an organism tissue, and displaying the elastic image includes: a displacement frame data generating part 51 for generating displacement frame data HFD constituted of displacement data HD of each region in the organism tissue, based on an echo signal acquired by transmitting ultrasonic waves to the organism tissue; an error data specifying part 52 for specifying error data ED from the displacement data HD; and a determining part 53 for determining whether the elastic image to be generated based on the displacement frame data HFD is displayed or not for an error exclusion data group RD, which is obtained by excluding error data ED from the displacement frame data HFD.
