<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surely operating check valve with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: Respective end parts on the gas outflow part (upper expansion part EU) side of a pair of valve body parts 61 for constituting the check valve 60, are joined to a communicating wall part 51 by an outflow side joining part 41. On each of both valve body parts 61, a flexible part 64 is arranged in a place becoming the vicinity on the gas inflow expansion part (lower expansion part EL) side to both outflow side joining parts 41. A front side part of both valve body parts 61 is joined to at least the communicating wall part 51 by one side edge joining part 67. The one side edge joining part 67 also serves as a wall part joining part 63 for mutually joining at least both communicating wall parts 51. A rear side part of both valve body parts 61 is mutually joined by the other side edge joining part 68 extending along the gas flowing direction. An auxiliary joining part 69 for mutually joining both valve body parts 61 is arranged in the vicinity of the other side edge joining part 68 between the one side edge joining part 67 and the other side edge joining part 68.
