RAW MILK INSPECTION APPARATUS, SOMATIC CELL COUNT MEASURING METHOD USING THE SAME, AND SYMPTOM DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF DOMESTIC ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw milk inspection apparatus capable of diagnosing mastitis at an early stage.

SOLUTION: The raw milk inspection apparatus 1A is provided with a sensor 2 provided with a channel 3 for making raw milk flow from one end 3a to the other end 3b. The channel 3 has a measuring chamber 31 in a midpoint for detecting active oxygen contained in raw milk. The measuring chamber 31 is provided with an working electrode in which an SOD enzyme is applied to its surface and a counter electrode, and a voltage is applied between the working electrode and the counter electrode. The raw milk inspection apparatus 1A is further provided with a stimulation means 4A for stimulating somatic cells in raw milk flowing through the channel 3 on the side more upstream than the measuring chamber 31 and producing active oxygen from the somatic cells.
