PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash window frame device for repair shortening a construction time and sufficiently holding airtightness and watertightness between an existing window frame 6a and a new window frame 10a. SOLUTION: A pair of vertical strip-like airtight pieces 34, a lateral strip-like airtight piece 35, a pair of upper corner part airtight pieces 36, a pair of upper airtight pieces 37, a pair of lower corner part airtight pieces 38 and a lateral seal lip 39 which are dry sealing members respectively, are made continuous without a clearance over the whole periphery in a rectangular annular space 31 formed between the existing window frame 6a and the new window frame 10a to form a dry seal line 32. The seal line 32 composed of these members 34-39 is compressed and clamped between the respective frames to block a space between the respective frames while the respective frames constituting the new window frame 10a is fixed to each frame constituting the existing window frame 6a at the same time.
