PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of an application device for easily mounting a head body in a predetermined position of a device body, and after assembly, allowing easy replacement of the head body. SOLUTION: In a head body manufacturing process, using a master M obtained by copying the head body with a regular form, a plurality of head bodies 7 are manufactured so that they are formed equally to the master M. In a preparing process, the master M is aligned in the normal position of an installation part 9, and a position decision member 11 is fixed to the installation part 9 while defining a relative position with the aligned master M. In an installation process, the master M is removed from the installation part 9, and instead of the master M, the manufactured head body 7 is installed to the installation part 9 by reproducing the relation of the relative position to the position decision member 11.
