PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress solid-state propagation to a periphery by preventing vibration of a ceiling decorative sheet from being propagated via an installation frame to a building body. SOLUTION: In the ceiling material with a speaker function, a vibrator 6 is mounted on the rear face of a thin ceiling decorative sheet 5 that also functions as a diaphragm disposed parallel to a ceiling surface 1, the lower surface part 5c of the ceiling decorative sheet 5 becomes an interior decorative face, and an installation frame 3 mounted on the ceiling surface 1 has an opening 16 exposing downward the central portion of the interior decorative surface of the ceiling decorative sheet 5. A holding means for holding the outer circumferential part of the ceiling decorative sheet 5 is constituted of a pair of upper and lower magnets 7 and 8 mounted while facing repulsively to each other at respective positions facing in a vertical direction A, in the lower surface part 5c of the outer circumference of the ceiling decorative sheet 5 and an internal upper surface part 3b of the installation frame 3. Magnetic repulsive force between both the magnets 7 and 8 is utilized to lift the ceiling decorative sheet 5 up to a position in no contact with the installation frame 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
