PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device-mounted machine capable of suppressing the noise radiation at the clock signal frequency or harmonic frequencies of an electronic device and in addition the propagation of the low frequency noise between housings, and a method for reducing the noise of the electronic device-mounted machine. SOLUTION: The electronic device-mounted machine includes a printed circuit board 1 mounted with an electronic device 5, a first housing 2 connected to the one side of the printed circuit board 1 and a second housing 3 connected to the other side of the printed circuit board 1, the first housing 2 and the second housing 3 being high-frequency-connected to each other.
