PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing a customer who uses an automatic transaction device from using a mobile phone. SOLUTION: A control unit 2 determines whether a customer's finger is detected by a touch sensor 10 while transaction information for a transfer transaction is entered, displays an error screen when the customer's finger is not detected by the touch sensor 10, and makes the customer redo the entry of the transaction information from the beginning.
