PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributor of a single phase flow or a multiphase flow having a simpler structure and more excellent equal distribution performance compared to a conventional device. SOLUTION: In the distributor, spiral fins forming an ascending current within an inner cylinder are provided so that an inflow of the single phase flow or multiphase flow introduced from an inflow pipe spirally make one or more rounds at the inner periphery of a sidewall of the inner cylinder in a height range from a lower part of the inner cylinder to which the inflow pipe is connected to an upper end opening of the inner cylinder.
