PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure and the attaching method of a mount for an easy additional processing at a construction site even when an underground tank is deformed by a wheel load or earth pressure. SOLUTION: This relates to the structure of a mount 2 for connecting the protector part of a manhole for inspection above an underground tank storing fuel oil. The mount is made of a resin foam body and has a square and frame-shaped foaming frame 20 attached to the upper surface of the tank being placed on the tubular part of the tank, a square and frame-shaped plate frame 21 provided with a connecting part 22 to be connected with the protector part formed of a panel member, placed on the frame 20 and connected to the frame 20 and with a seal layer for sealing the tank, the frame 20 and the frame 21 by covering the surface of the tank, the surface of the frame 20 and the surface of the frame 21.
