PUMP WITH INTEGRATED CONTROL UNIT

A pump including a control unit is provided. The control unit comprises a housing element, a valve element where the two elements are rotatable with respect to each other. The control unit can be set in three positions, a balloon inflating position, a reservoir bag pumping position and an air evacuation position. The control unit may comprise a spring release valve for releasing overpressure in the system. The pump is adapted for use with a system for performing anal irrigation. A system for use in anal irrigation and a method for performing anal irrigation are also disclosed.
