<p>Described herein is a lens hood that is removably affixable to a consumer-oriented digital camera. The lens hood has a lens shield wall that excludes extraneous light and that encloses a central barrel for the passage of light therethrough. The lens shield further has a proximal rim that is disposable circumferentially around a lens of the consumer-oriented digital camera.</p> |
